Marvel Studios released a new trailer for Captain America: Brave New World during Disney’s D23 event in Brazil. This trailer is different from the first one, featuring a lot of the coolest content yet, including a full look at Harrison Ford‘s Red Hulk and more. Watch the trailer above.
Actually, the multiple re-shoots have worked well in the film — the quality is awesome. Especially, there’s a scene where Anthony Mackie‘s Captain America throws the shield at jet missiles to take them out — it’s incredible. At the end of the trailer, Captain America and Red Hulk face-off, with Cap using his wings to slice an entire car in half.
Julius Onah directs from a screenplay by Malcolm Spellman, Dalan Musson, and Matthew Orton. The film stars Mackie as Sam Wilson/Captain America, Danny Ramirez as Joaquín Torres/Falcon, Tim Blake Nelson as Samuel Sterns/Leader, Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley, Ford as President Thaddeus Ross, Liv Tyler as Betty Ross, Haas as Ruth Bat-Seraph/Sabra, Giancarlo Esposito as George Washington “G.W.” Bridge, Rosa Salazar, and Xosha Roquemore.
What is the Plot of Captain America: Brave New World?
“After meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, played by Harrison Ford in his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.”
Matthew Schmidt will serve as an editor on ‘Brave New World.’ The Russo Brothers will serve as producers on the film alongside Kevin Feige, Nate Moore, and Malcolm Spellman.
Captain America: Brave New World will hit theaters on February 14, 2025.
