Marvel has planned to introduce the supernatural superheroes from the Marvel Comics into the MCU. According to Nexus Point News, Michael Green, the writer of the upcoming ‘Blade‘ reboot movie, is set to pen the script for ‘Midnight Sons‘.
Green has completed the final draft of the ‘Blade’ movie. We have confirmed that the film is directly connected to the ‘Midnight Sons’, so it might not be that difficult to introduce the characters.
Recently, DCULeaks reported that the film will be produced by Stephen Broussard alongside Kevin Feige. Filming is expected to begin shortly after ‘Blade’ wraps up.
Who Are Midnight Sons?
The Midnight Sons in Marvel Comics are a group of supernatural superheroes who face occult and mystical threats. The core characters are Ghost Rider, Doctor Strange, Blade, and Morbius. Their stories are often dark and horror-themed, involving battles against demons, vampires, and other supernatural beings.
Green is best known for creating Netflix’s ‘Blue Eye Samurai’ (2023) and writing the scripts for Kenneth Branagh’s Hercule Poirot trilogy of mystery films. Additionally, he has also co-written epic blockbusters such as ‘Blade Runner 2049’ (2017) and ‘Logan’.
Marvel’s ‘Blade’ is scheduled to hit theaters on November 7, 2025.
