Netflix released the first trailer for Squid Game Season 2 — confirming the premiere date as December 26, 2024. In Season 2, Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) — who vowed revenge at the end of Season 1 — returns and joins the game again to take revenge on the Front Man and end the game for good.
In the special trailer — which begins with Gi-hun answering a knock on his apartment door from the Front Man — he is told, ‘We’re ready to start the game.’ We also get a look at the new arena — which looks very similar to Season 1 — complete with bunked-up contestants and the giant money box. Watch the trailer above.
