Not only will the 27 actors announced by Marvel Studios appear in Avengers: Doomsday, but there will also be additional stars and cameos featured in the movie.
According to industry insider Daniel Richtman, in a post on his Patreon, Chris Evans’ Captain America will have a major role in Avengers: Doomsday, as his character is vital to the story. The actors revealed during Chair Watch are also confirmed to be the main characters in this film.

During Avengers: Doomsday filming in Windsor Great Park, a major scene set in the past featuring Evans’ Steve Rogers, Hayley Atwell’s Peggy Carter, and Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom was filmed at Steve and Peggy’s house. It is reported that Steve and Peggy have children.
Ghost Rider Reportedly Set for Cameo in Avengers: Doomsday

Finally, we get to see Ghost Rider appear in the MCU. Richtman also confirmed that Ghost Rider is reportedly set to have a cameo in Avengers: Doomsday. “There will be multiple cameos, one of them being the one and only Ghost Rider.” It has not yet been confirmed whether Nicolas Cage, Gabriel Luna, or another actor has been cast in the role.
Insider James Mack has already revealed that Avengers: Doomsday will be packed with fun and surprising variants of heroes from across the multiverse, all gathering in the Void.
Most recently on Instagram, the Russo brothers shared a new cryptic photo from the set of Avengers: Doomsday with the caption, “Look hard…” See it below.

In a recent interview with ET Online, Channing Tatum said that Avengers: Doomsday is going to make Marvel fans “physically lose their actual minds.”
Tatum added, “It’s gonna make your brains ooze out of your ears, like the way I knew when Blade walks on screen in Deadpool & Wolverine… it’s that times 50.”

“Doctor Doom has officially arrived on the Marvel Cinematic Universe stage. This villain, a master of cutting-edge science and powerful magic, will unleash a cascading crisis across the multiverse. Marvel’s most iconic actor, Robert Downey Jr., also returns as Doctor Doom!“
Directed by the Russo brothers from a screenplay by their longtime collaborator Stephen McFeely and Michael Waldron. The film features cinematography by Newton Thomas Sigel (Bohemian Rhapsody, X-Men: Days of Future Past) and production design by Kasra Farahani.

Ian McKellen as Magneto, Patrick Stewart as Professor X, Rebecca Romijn as Mystique, James Marsden as Cyclops, Kelsey Grammer as Beast, Alan Cumming as Nightcrawler, and Channing Tatum as Gambit.
