Taylor Swift‘s ‘Eras Tour‘ film made a record-breaking $26 million in presales and set a new single-day ticket sales record, surpassing ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home‘.
Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ Film Breaks AMC Records, Outperforms ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ in First-Day Ticket Sales
AMC theaters made an official press release about the incredible demand for Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ film, which broke AMC records with $26 million in ticket sales revenue on its first day. This surpassed the previous record held by ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home,’ which was $16.9 million. Also, within three hours of going on sale, the film shattered the first-day, 24-hour ticket sales record previously held by ‘No Way Home’ in 2021.
Swift’s Eras Tour movie lasts around 2 hours and 45 minutes. Tickets cost $19.89 for adults and $13.13 for children. AMC Theaters will have special popcorn tubs and cups with Eras Tour designs for the concert film.
The film will hit theaters on October 13, 2023. It will be screened in IMAX theaters nationwide. Tickets are on sale now at AMCTheatres.com and Fandango.com.
