Sophie Turner and Kit Harington will reunite for the gothic horror movie ‘The Dreadful,’ directed by Natasha Kermani. The film, set against the backdrop of the War of the Roses, follows Anne, who leads a solitary and harsh life on society’s outskirts.
The film, launching sales at EFM through UTA Independent Film Group and Film Bridge International, features Turner and includes producers such as Luke Daniels from Redwire Pictures/Tunnel, Patrick Muldoon and Patrick Hibler from Storyboard Media, and Lucas Jarach. Greg Lauritano produces under his Black Magic banner. Film Bridge International handles foreign sales, while UTA Independent Film Group manages domestic sales.

According to the film’s plot, ‘The Dreadful’ is set against the backdrop of the War of the Roses and follows Anne (Turner) and her mother-in-law Morwen, who live a solitary, harsh life on the outskirts of society. But when a man (Harington) from their past returns, he will set off a sequence of events that becomes a turning point for Anne.
Turner and Harington, famous for ‘Game of Thrones,’ reunite in ‘The Dreadful.’ Turner played Sansa Stark, and Harington portrayed Jon Snow in the series based on George R. R. Martin’s novels.
