Fans hoping for ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law‘ Season 2 might have to wait a long time or give up on the idea.

Tatiana Maslany, the show’s star, says it’s unlikely because they exceeded the budget, and Disney wasn’t interested. Season 1 of ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ had a budget of $225 million.

During a Twitch stream for Codenames LIVE! – The New Class, Maslany was asked if fans should expect a Season 2. She responded, “I don’t think so. I think we blew our budget, and Disney was like ‘no thanks.'”

No, according to Maslany, there won’t be a Season 2 for She-Hulk. However, the character may make appearances in upcoming MCU films, potentially in ‘The World War Hulk’ movie or the ‘Daredevil: Born Again‘ show.

With the release of Marvel’s ‘Echo‘ show, Netflix’s Daredevil and other Defenders shows are now officially considered part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The Disney+ ‘Timeline Order’ tab has been updated to include the shows previously produced by Marvel TV.

‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ season 1, premiered its first episode on August 18, 2022, and concluded on October 13, 2022, featuring nine episodes. The season faced major criticism from the audience due to its illogical plot and subpar CGI.

Created by Jessica Gao for Disney+, based on the Marvel Comics featuring the character She-Hulk. According to the plot, “In She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Jennifer Walters (played by Maslany)—an attorney specializing in superhuman-oriented legal cases—must navigate the complicated life of a single, 30-something who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.” The show is directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, with head writer Gao and executive producers including Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kat Coiro, Gao, Wendy Jacobson, and Jennifer Booth.

‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ Season 1 is now available on Disney+.
