The Last of Us Part II is coming to PlayStation 5 in a native version, as revealed by the PlayStation database data miner @PlayStationSize.
On Twitter, @PlaystationSize confirmed to @InsiderGamingIG that a native PS5 version of the game has been added to the store database.
The Last of Us Part II came out on PlayStation 4 in 2020 and later arrived on PlayStation 5, offering enhanced gameplay at 60 frames per second.
The Last of Us Part II, developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, is the sequel to the acclaimed 2013 game ‘The Last of Us.’ Released in June 2020 for the PlayStation 4, it sold over four million copies worldwide, making it the fastest-selling PlayStation 4 exclusive at that time.
The Last of Us Part II received critical acclaim for its story, visuals, and gameplay mechanics, but opinions on the story’s direction were divided among players.

HBO’s ‘The Last of Us‘ Season 2 resumes production following the end of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. Filming is set to start on January 7, 2024, in Vancouver, BC, Canada. ‘The Last of Us’ Season 1 premiered on HBO on January 15, 2023, and was renewed for Season 2 on January 27, 2023, after the opening episode surpassed 22 million views. Showrunner Craig Mazin revealed that Season 2 will be split into two parts.
