‘The Marvels’ VOD Release Date Revealed (Exclusive)

For Marvel fans, the highly anticipated Video On Demand (VOD) release date for ‘The Marvels‘ has been revealed.

When will ‘The Marvels’ be available on digital HD platforms?

‘The Marvels’ is set to hit digital HD platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Vudu, and Google Play Movies & TV, on January 16, 2024. For those looking forward to a physical copy, the film’s 4K Blu-ray and DVD, as previously revealed, are scheduled for release on February 13, 2024. Directed by Nia DaCosta. The film stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, and Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Park Seo-joon, Zawe Ashton, Saagar Shaikh, Zenobia Shroff, and Mohan Kapur. The film also brings back Goose, the Flerken.

What is the Plot of ‘The Marvels’?

In The Marvels, Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as “The Marvels.”

‘The Marvels’ has a global gross of $200 million with a production budget of $274.8 million, making it the lowest-grossing film in the MCU and a box-office disappointment.
