Tom Hardy‘s Venom 3 is in active development for a 2024 release. Kelly Marcel, who directed ‘Venom’ will return to direct for Venom 3. Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, Reid Scott, and Stephen Graham reprise their roles. The production will begin in 2023.
Venom 3 Plot Synopsis:
The plot follows Venom and Toxin being hunted by the government and having to join forces to fight the Xenophage, a genetically engineered symbiote killer that goes rogue. Patrick Mulligan will become Toxin but will be a rival vigilante rather than the main villain.
During an interview with Collider, the Spider-Man: No Way Home producer ‘Amy Pascal’ confirmed that another Venom sequel is already in the works.
“We are in the planning stages right now,” she revealed. “But what we are focused on is getting everybody to come and see No Way Home.”
“There’s the wonderful movies that Sony makes,” said Pascal. “Then there’s the Marvel universe, there’s our Spider-Verse movies and we’re all very careful to work with each other in a way that is additive for everybody.”
