Sony’s Venom: The Last Dance has entered its second week, and the box office numbers remain strong. In its second weekend, the film earned $26.1 million from 4,131 domestic locations, bringing the total domestic gross to $90.05 million. Internationally, Venom: The Last Dance made $68.4 million in its second weekend, with an estimated international total of $227 million and a global total of approximately $317.1 million.
As of Sunday, the estimated international totals for Venom: The Last Dance are: China – $70.6 million, Mexico – $13.4 million, the U.K. – $11.9 million, South Korea – $9.4 million, Germany – $9.0 million, France – $6.5 million, India – $6.5 million, Italy – $6.3 million, Australia – $5.6 million, and Spain – $5.3 million.
Through Sunday, Venom: The Last Dance has earned an estimated $25.5 million from global IMAX screens, with $7.8 million from domestic markets and $17.7 million from international markets, including China.
Directed by Kelly Marcel from a screenplay she co-wrote with Tom Hardy. It is a sequel to Venom and Venom: Let There Be Carnage. The film stars Hardy as Eddie Brock/Venom, Juno Temple, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rhys Ifans, Peggy Lu, Alanna Ubach, and Stephen Graham.
In Venom: The Last Dance, Tom Hardy returns as Venom, one of Marvel’s greatest and most complex characters, for the final film in the trilogy. Eddie and Venom are on the run.
