Exclusive: ‘Agatha All Along’ Announced as the New Title for Agatha’s Series

Marvel’s Agatha series undergoes another name change, now titled ‘Agatha All Along.’ Previously named ‘Agatha: Darkhold Diaries,’ the new title pays homage to her iconic song in WandaVision. This marks the fifth title change for the series.

‘Agatha: Darkhold Diaries‘ is a Disney+ show created by Jac Schaeffer. It is based on the Marvel Comics character Agatha Harkness and serves as a spin-off from the series WandaVision.

The show focuses on the character Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn). Harkness is a witch from Salem, Massachusetts, who acquires dark magic from her own coven during the Salem witch trials. After 300 years, she came to know the chaos magic radiating from the Westview Anomaly created by Wanda Maximoff. According to the Illuminerdi, Agatha: Coven of Chaos will pick up where WandaVision leaves off in Westview. Agatha will be freed from Wanda’s spell by a new coven of witches. See the set images. The filming for ‘Agatha: Darkhold Diaries’ has wrapped after six months of a busy schedule.

The show also stars Joe Locke as Wiccan, Ali Ahn as Alice, Sasheer Zamata as Jennifer Kale, Aubrey Plaza as Rio Vidal, and Patti LuPone as Lilia Calderu.

‘Agatha: Darkhold Diaries’ will premiere on Disney+ on September 19, 2024. It will consist of 9 episodes, with each episode having a runtime of 30 minutes.
