Following the theatrical and digital release, it’s now time for ‘The Garfield Movie‘ to hit DVD and Blu-ray. The film will be available on DVD and Blu-ray on August 27, 2024 — and you can now pre-order it on Amazon.
Directed by Mark Dindal from a screenplay by Paul A. Kaplan, Mark Torgove, and David Reynolds, the film is based on the comic strip Garfield created by Jim Davis.
According to the film’s logline, “Garfield (voiced by Chris Pratt), the world-famous, Monday-hating, lasagna-loving indoor cat, is about to have a wild outdoor adventure! After an unexpected reunion with his long-lost father – scruffy street cat Vic (voiced by Samuel L. Jackson) – Garfield and his canine friend Odie are forced from their perfectly pampered life into joining Vic in a hilarious, high-stakes heist.”
‘The Garfield Movie’ is available on digital streaming platforms such as Amazon Prime Video and iTunes. You can now buy or rent it.
Of course, the film has a lot of fun elements, even though it received mixed reviews from critics. The film has grossed $245 million on a $60 million budget.
