(FYI: This article contains spoilers for the Ironheart series.)
Marvel Television‘s Ironheart series is nearing its release. The recent trailer revealed Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne) using magic in her new suit—similar to what we’ve seen in the Doctor Strange movies. We now have spoiler details on how Riri creates magic-infused armor using Kamar-Taj spells.

In the Ironheart series, Zelma Stanton (Regan Aliyah) studies the spells of Kamar-Taj as part of a select group of apprentices trained there. Zelma helps Riri (Thorne) understand this mystical world and its dangers, and also assists in developing the armor, which combines elements from the Dark Dimension with Kamar-Taj spells.
Most recently, Marvel Studios teased that Mephisto will appear in Episode 5, titled “Karma’s a Glitch,” of the Ironheart series, as revealed in an episode title announcement post. Sacha Baron Cohen is rumored to play the role. We have already gotten a leaked report that the human version of Mephisto will appear in the show.

The six-episode series is described as “Horror/Magic vs. Technology.” Insider James Mackwl on X, who claimed to have watched the entire show, said, “Two dark entities appear, a character from the MCU appears, and the series is incredible — incredible visuals, really cool action scenes.”
