‘A Complete Unknown’ VOD Release Date Revealed

The VOD release date for A Complete Unknown has been revealed. The film will be available to buy or rent on digital HD platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Vudu, and Google Play Movies & TV starting February 25, 2025.

Directed by James Mangold, who co-wrote the screenplay with Jay Cocks, the film follows the story of American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan. It is based on the 2015 book Dylan Goes Electric! by Elijah Wald. The film has received a 7.6/10 on IMDb, 80% on Rotten Tomatoes, and 70% on Metacritic.

The film stars Timothée Chalamet as Bob Dylan, joined by Edward Norton as Pete Seeger, Elle Fanning as Sylvie Russo, and Monica Barbaro as Joan Baez. The cast also includes Boyd Holbrook as Johnny Cash, Dan Fogler as Albert Grossman, and Norbert Leo Butz as Alan Lomax. Scoot McNairy portrays Woody Guthrie, while P.J. Byrne plays Harold Leventhal.
