Adele speaks out about artists facing the problem of objects being thrown at them while on stage. She said “I fuc**** dare you. Dare you to throw something at me and I’ll fucking kill you.”
During the “Weekends With Adele” show, Adele playfully addressed the concerning trend of audience members throwing objects at artists on stage. Holding a T-shirt gun, Adele asked the crowd at her Las Vegas residency if they had noticed people disregarding show etiquette and throwing things on stage. See the clip below.
Adele said, “I fuc**** dare you. Dare you to throw something at me, and I’ll fucking kill you.” Adele added, “Stop throwing things at the artist when you can shoot things at people… I’ve been seeing these people. These people lost it; can you imagine?”
In June 2023, pop star Bebe Rexha was hospitalized in New York City after being struck in the head by a fan’s phone during her Sunday night concert. Similarly, Kelsea Ballerini was hit in the face during her performance in Idaho when an object was thrown at her by one of the audience in the same month.
