Agatha: Coven of Chaos is currently in development at Disney+. The series is a dark comedy and also a spin-off of and a sequel to WandaVision. In the series, Kathryn Hahn is returning to reprise her role as Agatha Harkness.
According to the Illuminerdi, Agatha: Coven of Chaos will pick up where WandaVision leaves off in Westview. Agatha will be freed from Wanda’s spell by a new coven of witches. The Coven is pursuing Billy Maximoff, who is now a teenager in the series.
Will Wanda Maximoff’s Son Billy Maximoff Return In Agatha: Coven of Chaos?
According to a source, Billy Maximoff, played by Julian Hilliard, is set to return in the Agatha: Coven of Chaos series. Billy is back as a teenager, and he’s visiting/attending a school in Westview. The new coven is interested in him. Billy possesses abilities comparable to those of his mother, Wanda. He has psionic abilities, which manifest as blue, psychic energy manipulation, Psychic Energy Manipulation, Telekinesis, Mental Manipulation, Precognition, and Age Manipulation.
WandaVision creator Jac Schaeffer is returning as writer and executive producer for Agatha: Coven of Chaos. Schaeffer is also directing episodes of the series. The series also stars Emma Caulfield Ford as Sarah Proctor, Joe Locke, Aubrey Plaza, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, and Sasheer Zamata.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos will premiere on Disney+ in 2024.
