Anya Taylor-Joy (Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, The Menu) says that she wants to play Elsa in a live-action Frozen movie.
In a recent interview with VOGUE Hong Kong, Taylor-Joy was asked about her dream Disney or musical role. The Furiosa star replied that she would love to play Elsa in a live-action Frozen movie.
Taylor-Joy said, “I really want to do a musical because I’m kind of obsessed with my work right now. I love taking on seemingly impossible challenges—they really drive me. So the idea of being able to sing, dance, and act all at once excites me a lot.”
She added, “I think Frozen would be amazing. It would be so much fun to shoot ice from my hands. Plus, you’d be the favorite at every kid’s birthday party. All my siblings have kids now, so I would love for them to be able to say, “My aunt is Elsa.” That would be awesome!”
