Caroline Lindy‘s ‘Your Monster,’ a new romantic horror film starring Melissa Barrera, is scheduled to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival 2024. The festival will be held in person in Park City and Salt Lake City from January 18 to 28, 2024.
Written and directed by Lindy, ‘Your Monster’ follows Laura Franco (Barrera), a young actress dealing with cancer and a tough breakup. Her life takes an unusual twist when she discovers a terrifying yet oddly charming Monster (Tommy Dewey) living in her closet.
Plot: “After her life falls apart, soft-spoken actress Laura Franco finds her voice again when she meets a terrifying, yet weirdly charming, monster living in her closet.”
The film also stars Edmund Donovan and Kayla Foster. Produced by Kayla Foster, Caroline Lindy, Kira Carstensen, Melanie Donkers, and Shannon Reilly, ‘Your Monster’ is a collaboration between Merman and Bombo Sports and Entertainment.
