Despite the previous disappointments of Warner Bros. Pictures‘ films like “Black Adam,” “Shazam! Fury of the Gods,” and “The Flash,” DC’s “Blue Beetle” is off to a strong start. It opened with an 88% score on Rotten Tomatoes based on 41 reviews.
According to reports, “Blue Beetle” is “lighter, more fun, and delivers the jokes, bright colors, and nods to the ridiculousness that you want from a superhero movie. And speaking of the superhero, the Blue Beetle emerges as relatable and easy to cheer for.”
