Ryan Reynolds‘ Deadpool is set to make a cameo in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. According to reports, Reynolds shot a cameo for the film, but unfortunately, his scene was cut from the film. The scene was Strange and America Chavez during the multiverse travel, both meet Reynolds’ Deadpool.
There were rumors spread that in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, fans would get to see more superhero cameo appearances, including Tom Cruise’s Iron Man Supreme, X-men, Spider-Man, and Thor, but Marvel has disappointed us.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is directed by Sam Raimi from a screenplay by Michael Waldron. In the film, Doctor Strange teams up with a mysterious teenage girl from his dreams who can travel across multiverses, to battle multiple threats, including other-universe versions of himself that threaten to wipe out millions across the multiverse.
The film stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, alongside Elizabeth Olsen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Rachel McAdams.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is now streaming on Disney+.
