With a global opening surpassing $160 million, it nearly doubled the opening of the original ‘Dune’ film, which earned $41 million. Although slightly less than ‘Oppenheimer‘ at $82 million, it stands as the biggest opening since 2023’s ‘Five Nights at Freddy’s,’ which earned $80 million.
