Alexa Demie is back for HBO’s Euphoria Season 3 production.
Demie is reprising her role as Maddy in Season 3 and was spotted on set in Pearblossom, California. She looked stylish, wearing vintage Jean Paul Gaultier FW 1995. See the images below.
Demie was seen filming a driving scene with Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and heading toward the ‘Silver Slipper,’ a strip club.
Most recently, Zendaya and new cast member Priscilla Delgado were spotted in front of the ‘Silver Slipper’ set, filming an argument scene.
In an interview with Vogue, Demie talked about her character, Maddy, in Euphoria. She said, “Very important. From day one, Maddy was the one who was going to have all the looks. She started wearing makeup young, and for her—as well as for me—she didn’t have the best home life, so it was an escape as well. Makeup was this mask she would put on for confidence because she didn’t have it at her core.”
In Season 3, Zendaya (Dune, Challengers) returns as Rue Bennett. She is joined by Hunter Schafer as Jules, Eric Dane as Cal, Jacob Elordi as Nate, and Sydney Sweeney as Cassie.
Demie (Maddy), Maude Apatow (Lexi), and Martha Kelly (Laurie) also return, with Kelly now promoted to series regular. Chloe Cherry (Faye) has also been promoted to series regular. The new cast members joining Season 3 include GRAMMY winner Rosalía, Super Bowl champion Marshawn Lynch, Darrell Britt-Gibson, Kadeem Hardison, Priscilla Delgado, James Landry Hébert, and Anna Van Patten.
Colman Domingo (Ali) will return as a guest star, and Variety confirms that Dominic Fike will also be back for Season 3. Also, Sharon Stone has joined the cast of Season 3. In a statement, she said, “There is little more exciting than going to work with this team of thrilling talent—from the genius of Sam Levinson to the raw sophistication of this profoundly moving cast and tight crew. I am honored to be Euphoric.”
