It was a question that came up during the reshoots of Marvel’s ‘Captain America: Brave New World‘: which role is Giancarlo Esposito playing? Many MCU character names were speculated, but it has now been confirmed by a Twitter scooper, @MyTimeToShineH, that Esposito is playing the role of George Washington “G.W.” Bridge, a former mercenary and high-ranking agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Who is George Washington Bridge in Marvel Comics?
George Washington “G.W.” Bridge in the Marvel comics was created by Fabian Nicieza and Rob Liefeld. He first appeared in “X-Force” #1 in 1991.
