Exclusive: Titles for ‘What If…?’ Season 2 Revealed

We have an exclusive update on ‘What If…?‘ Season 2. The titles for all 10 episodes have been revealed, and the season is set to premiere on Disney+ in 2024.

• What If… Peter Quill Attacked Earth’s Mightiest Heroes? (Episode 202)
• What If… Kahhori Reshaped the World? (Episode 203)
• What If… Hela Found the Ten Rings? (Episode 204)
• What If… Iron Man Crashed into the Grandmaster? (Episode 205)
• What If… Happy Hogan Saved Christmas? (Episode 206)
• What If… Captain Carter Fought the Hydra Stomper? (Episode 208)
• What If… The Avengers Assembled in 1602? (Episode 209)
• What If… Strange Supreme Intervened? (Episode 210)

Reports indicate that ‘What If…?’ Season 2 will consist of 9 episodes. Marvel plans to save episode 7 for Season 3, following a similar strategy used for the Iron Man and Grandmaster episode, which was originally planned for Season 1.

Doctor Strange Returns in ‘What If… Strange Supreme Intervened?’ for ‘WHAT IF…?’ Season 2 Finale

Doctor Strange (voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch) is set to have his own episode in the finale of ‘What If…?’ Season 2. This episode will feature the return of his variant from Season 1 and is titled ‘What If… Strange Supreme Intervened?’.

What If…? is based on the Multiverse Saga, in which the heroes appear from various universes. The first season ended with episode 9, “What If… The Watcher Broke His Oath?” The Watcher formed the “Guardians of the Multiverse” heroes, featuring Captain Carter, Star-Lord T’Challa, Strange Supreme, Killmonger, Party Thor, and Black Widow. The team battles the Age of Ultron to save the multiverse. The show was created by A. C. Bradley for Disney+.

It has been revealed that The Winter Soldier and Red Guardian will be featured in an episode of “What If…?” Season 2. Wanda Maximoff, who will be voiced by Elizabeth Olsen, will appear in the series. The Watcher, Captain Carter, Steve Rogers/HYDRA Stomper, Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, Melina Vostokoff, Gamora, Tony Stark/Iron Man, En Dwi Gast/Grandmaster, Korg, Bruce Banner/Hulk, Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange, Thanos, Ego, Yondu Udonta, Thor, Hawkeye, Hope van Dyne/Wasp, Hank Pym, and Hela will also appear in Season 2.

‘What If…?’ season 2 will premiere on Disney+ in Spring 2024.
