Here’s the synopsis for Dream Productions:
Taking place between the events of Inside Out and Inside Out 2, Pixar Animation Studios’ Dream Productions is an all-new series about the studio inside Riley’s mind, where dreams truly come to life—every night, on time and on budget. As Riley grows up, her memories require extra processing, leading Joy and the rest of the Core Emotions to send them to Dream Productions.
Acclaimed director Paula Persimmon (voiced by Paula Pell) faces a nightmare of her own: creating the next hit dream while paired with Xeni (voiced by Richard Ayoade), a smug daydream director aspiring to break into the big leagues of night dreams.
