First Look at the Indestructible Man

A new TV Spot for DC’s Blue Beetle was released, revealing Raoul Max Trujillo as Conrad Carapax/Indestructible Man. The film will hit theaters on August 18, 2023, by Warner Bros. Pictures. Watch the clip below.

Who Is Indestructible Man In DC Comics?

Carapax, also known as the Indestructible Man, is a supervillain in DC Comics who possesses a superhuman exoskeleton, granting him enhanced strength and durability. He is a recurring antagonist in Batman comics, using his indestructible armor to clash with the Dark Knight.

‘Blue Beetle’ is directed by Angel Manuel Soto, and stars Xolo Maridueña as Jaime Reyes/Blue Beetle, Bruna Marquezine as Jenny Kord, Belissa Escobedo as Milagros Reyes, Susan Sarandon as Victoria Kord, and Raoul Trujillo as Conrad Carapax/The Indestructible Man.

According to the film’s plot:

Recent college grad Jaime Reyes returns home full of aspirations for his future, only to find that home is not quite as he left it. As he searches to find his purpose in the world, fate intervenes when Jaime unexpectedly finds himself in possession of an ancient relic of alien biotechnology: the Scarab. When the Scarab suddenly chooses Jaime to be its symbiotic host, he is bestowed with an incredible suit of armor capable of extraordinary and unpredictable powers, forever changing his destiny as he becomes the Super Hero Blue Beetle.

‘Blue Beetle’ will hit theaters on August 18, 2023.
