The first look at the brand-new Samurai Darth Vader and Samurai Stormtrooper skin designs in Fortnite has been leaked.
According to reports, Fortnite is set to introduce these Samurai-themed skins, which are expected to arrive in the upcoming Chapter 6 Season 1 update.
A real-life advertisement—leaked on December 22—shows Samurai Darth Vader, building on the May Star Wars Day collaboration that introduced Chewbacca, Dagobah Luke, Lando Calrissian, and AWR Trooper skins. Rumors of the Samurai Darth Vader skin—circulating after initial leaks earlier this month—highlight a unique fusion of Star Wars characters with samurai-inspired designs, continuing Fortnite’s trend of innovative franchise crossovers.
The images leaked by X user @ShiinaBR show that Vader’s iconic armor was originally inspired by samurai armor, while the Samurai Stormtrooper skin features a unique blend of ancient Japanese samurai aesthetics with a Stormtrooper twist. The design highlights include traditional samurai elements paired with the iconic all-white Stormtrooper armor.
On X, Fortnite leaker Blortzen hinted that the collaboration will include a Back Bling and Pickaxe.
Epic Games has not yet announced a release date for this new collaboration.
