Disney released the official trailer for Hoppers, along with new voice cast additions including Oscar-winner Meryl Streep, Ego Nwodim, and Dave Franco. You can watch the trailer below.
In Disney and Pixar’s all-new feature film Hoppers, scientists have discovered how to “hop” human consciousness into lifelike robotic animals, allowing people to communicate with animals as animals.
The adventure follows Mabel, an animal lover who seizes the chance to use the technology, uncovering mysteries within the animal world that are beyond anything she ever imagined.
The film is written and directed by Daniel Chong. During the press event, Chong said, “What if we could understand and communicate with the animal world?” He added, “Our main character, Mabel, gets to discover the animal kingdom as an animal, which can be weird and often hilarious. Mabel going undercover in the animal world leads to a wild, roller-coaster ride of a movie, with all the heart you expect from a classic Pixar film.”
