Pixar’s ‘Inside Out 2‘ has now become the fourth-highest-grossing film of 2024. Soon, it may overtake ‘Kung Fu Panda 4’ to become the third highest-grossing film in 2024.
‘Inside Out 2’ grossed an estimated $30.5M on Friday (from 4,440 locations). The estimated total domestic gross stands at $285.68M, while the international total stands at $226M. The film has now passed ‘Dune: Part Two’ to become the highest-grossing release of 2024 domestically so far.
‘Inside Out 2’ is on track to be the first 2024 release to earn $1 billion at the worldwide box office.
‘Inside Out 2’ has received high ratings, with a 92% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes, an 8/10 on IMDb, a 74% on Metacritic, and an A CinemaScore, matching the score of the first film.
