Jamie Lee Curtis revealed that she wants to play Dr. Kureha in Netflix’s ‘One Piece‘ season 2. Lee Curtis already said that she’ll lobby for the role of Dr. Kureha in season 2 once “the strike against the greed of the AMPTP is settled with a fair contract.”
On Instagram, Lee Curtis wrote, “Once the strike against the greed of the [AMPTP] is settled with a fair contract, I will lobby along with the growing fan frenzy to become Dr. Kureha.”
Matt Owens (co-showrunner of the live-action) replied to Jamie Lee Curtis’ Instagram post by saying, “Mommy dearest, that’s why we sent you that figure! No need to lobby. Once we get what we deserve [following the strike] and get back to work, let’s talk!”
Who is Dr. Kureha in One Piece?
Dr. Kureha, also known as “Witch” or “Kureha-sensei,” is a highly skilled and eccentric doctor who resides on Drum Island. She is known for her medical expertise and her peculiar behavior.
