Jennifer Garner remains tight-lipped about reprising her role as Elektra Natchios in Marvel’s ‘Deadpool 3.’ When questioned about her excitement for the return, she responded, “I don’t know what you’re talking about. What could you mean?”

In an interview with Collider, When asked about her potential return as Elektra, Garner said, “I don’t know what you’re talking about. What could you mean?” She added, “Not that I’m aware of.”
In the film ‘Daredevil,’ Garner played Elektra, a skilled assassin and love interest of the main character, Matt Murdock/Daredevil, played by Ben Affleck. Garner shows Elektra’s acrobatic abilities, combat skills, and conflicted nature. She reprised the role in the spin-off film “Elektra,” where Elektra faces new challenges while protecting a young girl with special abilities. It is also confirmed that Affleck’s Daredevil is also returning in ‘Deadpool 3’.
In Marvel Comics, Elektra Natchios is associated with the Daredevil series. Elektra was created by writer Frank Miller and artist Klaus Janson and made her first appearance in Daredevil #190 in 1983. Elektra is a highly skilled assassin and martial artist. She is known for her exceptional agility, reflexes, and proficiency in various forms of combat, including the use of bladed weapons. Elektra has a complex and often tumultuous relationship with the character Daredevil, with whom she shares a romantic connection.
The film is directed by Shawn Levy. In the film, Ryan Reynolds will reprise his role as Wade Wilson/Deadpool, alongside Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Karan Soni as Dopinder, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa Carlysle, Stefan Kapičić as Piotr Rasputin/Colossus, Rob Delaney as Peter, Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and new additions Emma Corrin and Matthew Macfadyen. Marvel Studios has reportedly chosen to release only ‘Deadpool 3’ in 2024. Their strong confidence in the film’s success has led them to expect positive responses from both box office performance and critics, aiming to reignite excitement among MCU fans. (Note: several MCU films scheduled for 2024 are delayed due to the strikes.)
According to the film’s plot: In Deadpool 3, Wade Wilson/Deadpool is arrested for time crimes involving Cable’s device in Deadpool 2. The TVA returns Cable to his original time and confiscates his time travel technology. Deadpool gets leniency and helps the TVA on a mission. Wanda’s spirit inhabits another Wanda’s body, leading to a new world where Magneto rules and mutants are the majority. Logan hijacks the TVA device to change history and ends up in different Fox worlds. Deadpool enlists Fox’s (X-men) heroes in a fight against Magneto, resulting in chaos and casualties. Wanda is depowered and banished by the TVA, and Deadpool and others are sent to the main MCU timeline. Logan searches for mutants while Deadpool finds Blind Al in his bed.
