Letitia Wright, who reprises her role as Shuri/Black Panther, has revealed that she has wrapped filming for Marvel’s Avengers: Doomsday.
According to insider James Mack (via X), “Wright’s Black Panther suit is basically the same in style, with the main difference being the neck area—there’s a silver claw necklace, the traditional symbol of T’Challa. Also, the details that were gold in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever are now purple.”
In a recent interview with Flip Your Wig, Wright revealed that working with the Russo brothers on Avengers: Doomsday is a “dream come true again.” She also confirmed that she will appear in a new Black Panther suit.
Wright said, “Working with the Russos was a dream come true again for me in this particular position. It (her new suit) fits really nicely. It looks really special. It looks great.”
Wright added, “It’s a special film. You know when the Russos get together, it’s a special film. So, I’m excited for everyone to see Shuri as Black Panther again, and to be a part of the ensemble.”
Directed by the Russo brothers from a screenplay by their longtime collaborator Stephen McFeely and Michael Waldron. The film features cinematography by Newton Thomas Sigel (Bohemian Rhapsody, X-Men: Days of Future Past) and production design by Kasra Farahani.

Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm (Invisible Woman), Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm (Human Torch), Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm (The Thing), and Lewis Pullman as Sentry.
