Comic book writer Marc Bernardin has confirmed that he wrote two episodes for the Disney+ ‘Eyes of Wakanda‘ series.
Recently, Disney has announced a bunch of new things in their animation slate. They did a premiere or screening event for ‘What If…?‘ Season 2, where they showed a teaser for upcoming projects. One of them is the ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man‘ cartoon, previously known as ‘Spider-Man: Freshman Year.’
They also presented a Sizzle reel for ‘X-Men ’97,’ a direct continuation of the X-Men cartoons. Another announcement is a show called ‘Eyes of Wakanda’.
Marc Bernardin Wrote 2-Episodes of ‘Eyes of Wakanda’
In a Fat Man Beyond Podcast with Kevin Smith, Bernardin confirmed that he has written two episodes for the show.
Bernardin said, “I do. I wrote two episodes of it (‘Eyes of Wakanda’), so I have some insights into ‘Eyes of Wakanda.’ I’m allowed to mention it now. I can’t share more due to confidentiality; otherwise, snipers will get twitchy.”
Bernardin also revealed he has worked on Marvel’s ‘Black Panther‘ game.
In ‘Eyes of Wakanda,’ Throughout Wakandan history, brave warriors have been tasked to travel the world retrieving dangerous vibranium artifacts. This is their story.
According to Variety, Director Ryan Coogler, known for the Black Panther movies, will be part of the ‘Eyes of Wakanda’ series. He is currently in a multi-year TV deal with the Walt Disney Company through his Proximity Media banner.

‘Eyes of Wakanda’ will premiere on Disney+ in 2024.
