The first-look logos for Marvel Television’s Wonder Man and Marvel Animation’s Eyes of Wakanda have been revealed.
During D23, Brazil will reportedly offer new looks at Marvel Studios’ 2025 release slate, potentially including a peek at Wonder Man and Eyes of Wakanda.
Wonder Man (Coming December 2025)
Wonder Man will be a 10-episode series set to premiere in December 2025. Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, stars as the titular character. The show, created by Destin Daniel Cretton and Andrew Guest for Disney+, is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) TV series produced by Marvel Studios, sharing continuity with the film franchise. Guest also serves as the showrunner.
The show also stars Ben Kingsley as Trevor Slattery, a failed actor serving Xu Wenwu; Demetrius Grosse as Eric Williams/Grim Reaper, Simon’s brother; Ed Harris as Neal Saroyan, Simon’s agent; and Lauren Glazier. Stella Meghie and James Ponsoldt are set to direct.
Recently, the first-look concept art for Abdul-Mateen II’s Wonder Man has been revealed.
Eyes of Wakanda (2025)
Eyes of Wakanda is coming to Disney+ in 2025. It is described as a 4-part animated anthology series that follows warriors throughout Wakandan history who are tasked with traveling the world to retrieve dangerous vibranium artifacts.
Developed by Todd Harris, who served as a storyboard artist on many modern action movies. Director Ryan Coogler, known for the Black Panther movies, is also part of the Eyes of Wakanda series.
A version of Iron Fist will also appear in the series. Coogler says, ‘Eyes of Wakanda does a beautiful job of representing the history of those who have kept Wakanda a secret over centuries.
