Marvel’s Echo series mainly focuses on Maya’s life, her family, and history. The series is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in mid-2023. According to a Twitter User @MyTimeToShineHello, Marvel’s Echo series is very much about Alaqua Cox‘s Maya Lopez. Charlie Cox’s Daredevil will have a cameo appearance. The user confirmed that Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk has a big role.

Disney+ confirmed that Echo follows the events of Hawkeye (2021) in New York City, Maya Lopez returns to her hometown, where she must come to terms with her past, reconnect with her Native American roots, and embrace her family and community. The first episode will be directed by Sydney Freeland and the rest will be directed by Catriona McKenzie. Marion Dayre serves as the head writer.
