Marvel Studios has revealed a new costume from Avengers: Doomsday at its San Diego Comic-Con booth. Marvel Studios’ Hall H presentation at San Diego Comic-Con will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, in California.
In preparation for the highly anticipated event, Marvel has begun showcasing displays at its SDCC booth. One surprising reveal is a new look at a character from Avengers: Doomsday called the “Latverian Witch.” The costume appears to confirm that Robert Downey Jr.‘s Doctor Doom will have witches fighting by his side in the movie.
Scooper James Mack previously reported that there is indeed a group of several “Dooms” in Avengers: Doomsday, although it’s unclear whether they are a cult of characters wearing Doctor Doom masks or actual Doom variants.
In addition to the female versions that previously leaked, there is also a large, muscular Doom. According to Mack, he looked like a masked Hulk.
Also on display at the booth are costumes for Thor, Cyclops, Yelena, Sue Storm, and Gambit.
During a recent visit to Shanghai, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige teased the central conflict of Avengers: Doomsday while speaking to Chinese outlet Watching Hollywood. He revealed that the film will center on three different worlds, with each group of heroes trying to protect its own reality.
Feige said, “Will these heroes kill each other in order to defend their own worlds, or will they be able to find a way to work together and save all three worlds? And how will Doctor Doom enter into all of this?”
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Doomsday follows beloved heroes from three distinct universes as they are set on a deadly collision course and face an existential threat unlike anything they have ever encountered.

Tickets are now on sale to see the film in Infinity Vision, a new certification for Premium Large Format theaters. Avengers: Doomsday will be released in theaters across the United States on December 18, 2026.
