Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch turns her magical crown solid because she’s an incredibly powerful being. In an interview with Phase Zero, Shakman said, “Scarlet Witch is the master of Chaos Magic, she makes things real. That’s what chaos magic is about, it’s not an illusion, it’s the ability to create things. That’s what makes her more powerful than the Sorcerer Supreme.”
We saw Evanora Harkness, the head of the Salem Coven and Agatha Harkness’ mother, wearing the crown in WandaVision. Evanora Harkness got the crown because she was the head of her coven. Evanora was a powerful witch who, due to her great power, became the leader of the ancient Salem Coven.
According to reports, Olsen’s Scarlet Witch will appear in future MCU projects. At the end of Multiverse of Madness, she sacrificed herself and destroyed Wundagore Castle. Sources confirmed that “Scarlet Witch is still alive and will return.”
