Max has announced the release date for ‘The Nun II‘ on the streaming platform, with the film set to be available on Max on October 27, 2023, following its digital release.
Directed by Michael Chaves, written by Ian Goldberg, Richard Naing, and Akela Cooper, and is a sequel to “The Nun” (2018) in The Conjuring Universe franchise. The film stars Taissa Farmiga as Irene, Jonas Bloquet as Maurice, Storm Reid as Debra, Anna Popplewell as Kate, Bonnie Aarons as The Nun, Katelyn Rose Downey as Sophie, Suzanne Bertish as Madame Laurent, and David Horovitch as Cardinal Conroy.
According to the film’s plot, 1956—France A priest is murdered. An evil is spreading. The sequel to the worldwide smash hit follows Sister Irene as she once again comes face-to-face with Valak, the demon nun.
