‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ First Look Revealed

The first look at ‘Mufasa: The Lion King‘ has been revealed.

The images were from a short teaser that shows Mufasa during his childhood struggles and his journey to becoming The Lion King.

Directed by Barry Jenkins from a screenplay by Jeff Nathanson. Mufasa is voiced by Aaron Pierre, Scar by Kelvin Harrison Jr., Pumbaa by Seth Rogen, Timon by Billy Eichner, and Rafiki by John Kani.

What is ‘Mufasa The Lion King’ going to be about?

According to the film’s plot, after a terrible flood separates the young lion Mufasa from his parents, his life is saved by another lion cub named Taka. Mufasa and Taka grew up as brothers. But years later, when the lions are almost grown up, another group of dangerous lions threatens their existence, and Mufasa and Taka have to flee together.

There they encounter both new allies and many dangers. And their loyalty to each other is also put to the test. Because which of them is really destined to rule as the Lion King – and at what price?

Produced by Adele Romanski and Mark Ceryak, the film is a collaboration between Walt Disney Pictures and Pastel Productions.

According to our exclusive report, the film is confirmed to have a duration of 1 hour and 59 minutes (119 minutes).
