New footage from Avengers: Doomsday leaked a couple of days ago, featuring a scene set in the X-Men universe where Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom controls the Sentinels through magical runes. The scene initially leaked in low resolution, making it difficult for fans to clearly see it. Now, the HD version has leaked online.
After the footage leaked, an X user noticed that it matches set photos from last year’s production at the X-Mansion, featuring the same backyard seen in the leaked Avengers: Doomsday scene. See it below.
The leaked footage, set in the X-Men universe, begins with Doctor Doom crashing to the ground and unleashing powerful green magic. Thor helps a long-haired, bearded Steve Rogers back to his feet as they watch Doom’s magic spread through the Sentinels, bringing them to life with glowing green eyes.
Yelena spots the Sentinels rising while Shang-Chi prepares for battle. Doom then descends from the sky as Steve braces for the incoming fight. The footage also shows Beast standing beside Cyclops, who reaches for his visor. Nightcrawler teleports in with Mystique, followed by Sam Wilson, while Reed Richards also joins the lineup.
The camera then pulls back to reveal the heroes assembled together in a shot reminiscent of the iconic “Avengers Assemble” scene. Cyclops fires an optic blast at a Sentinel, triggering an all-out battle as the Sentinels strike back.

Here’s the official synopsis for Avengers: Doomsday:
“Beloved heroes from three distinct universes (Earth-616, Earth-828, and Earth-10005) will be set on a deadly collision course and face an existential threat unlike anything they’ve ever encountered.”
In an interview with Deadline, director Joe Russo confirmed that work on Avengers: Doomsday is still ongoing, with post-production and final adjustments currently underway.
Joe Russo said, “We are doing some work still on Doomsday and will be until probably they rip it out of our hands in November… We’re in the middle of what we would call pre-production on Secret Wars.”
Directed by the Russo brothers from a screenplay by their longtime collaborator Stephen McFeely and Michael Waldron.
