Warning: This post contains potential spoilers for The Batman: Part II.
Matt Reeves’ The Batman: Part II is currently filming in Glasgow, with Robert Pattinson’s Batman and the Batmobile taking part in an action sequence.
New set footage and images from Glasgow reveal the Batmobile performing stunts in artificial snow.
On Instagram, photographer Ross Sneddon shared some incredible shots of the Batmobile from the set, where the movie is confirmed to take place during the Christmas season. See them below.

Below, you can see footage from the set showing a lighting rig designed to simulate a helicopter spotlight being tested. SWAT vehicles are also on site, and the Batmobile appears to be damaged.
Matt Reeves has already teased that The Batman: Part II will be another mystery that explores deeper corruption in Gotham City.
“It’s another mystery that’s going to dig into the epic story about deeper corruption, and it goes into places that he couldn’t even anticipate in the first one. The seeds of where this goes are all in the first movie.”
Recently, Sebastian Stan gave an interview to TheWrap in which he was initially quoted as confirming that he would play Harvey Dent in The Batman: Part II.
“I can’t say anything about The Batman: Part II by Matt Reeves, but I play Harvey Dent, and the beauty of this profession also lies in participating in projects of this scale, which I love as a viewer.”
However, the outlet later issued an update. The French site Le Journal du Dimanche that originally quoted Stan as saying he would play Harvey Dent in The Batman: Part II has since corrected the quote and now makes no reference to any specific role when mentioning the film.
In the film, Pattinson returns as Bruce Wayne/Batman, alongside Brian Tyree Henry as Harvey Dent, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, Colin Farrell as The Penguin, Jeffrey Wright as Jim Gordon, Jayme Lawson as Mayor Bella Reál, and Gil Perez-Abraham as Officer Martinez. The new cast includes Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Charles Dance, and Sebastian Koch in undisclosed roles.
The Batman: Part II will hit theaters on February 18, 2028, by Warner Bros. Pictures.
