Prime Video is developing a new animated anthology series, Secret Level, from Tim Miller and his Blur Studio—the creative team behind Netflix’s acclaimed series Love, Death & Robots.
Created and executive produced by Miller—Secret Level follows a format similar to Love, Death & Robots—with each episode based on original short stories set within the worlds of beloved video games.
Rumored games and IPs to be featured include Amazon Games’ New World, Spelunky, and various PlayStation titles. The series is expected to be revealed during Gamescom’s Opening Night Live.
Co-founded by Miller in 1995, Blur Studio was established as a space for animators and artists to collaborate and control their creative destinies.
Produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Blur Studio, with Dave Wilson serving as executive producer and supervising director.
Prime Video, Secret Level will be part of an adult-animated slate that includes:
- Invincible
- Hazbin Hotel
- Batman: The Animated Series
