Insomniac is working on a ‘Spider-Man 3‘ and ‘Spider-Verse‘ game, as leaks from the studio include references to a Spider-Verse project.
Most recently, Insomniac Games’ documents got leaked, hinting at a new Spider-Verse game. Sony confirmed a ransomware attack with compromised info. Marvel’s Wolverine images and project hints, like RCE, Spider-Man 3, and Spider-Verse.
Reddit user /u/poklane said, “I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if Insomniac’s multiplayer game is a Spider-Verse game where you get to create your own Spider character. Full suit customization; select what powers you want.”
Insomniac Games is reportedly working on Marvel’s Wolverine, and it’s expected to release in 2024.
Marvel’s Spider-Man was a huge success, selling 33 million copies by May 2022. Also, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 set a record, selling 2.5 million units in its first 24 hours, making it the fastest-selling PlayStation 1st-party game to date in 2023.
