Warner Bros. Pictures has revealed the release date for Ryan Coogler’s next untitled film, starring Michael B. Jordan. The film will hit theaters on March 7, 2025. Coogler plans to begin production this spring in New Orleans.
The film is described as a period thriller centering on vampires, with B. Jordan playing twins. Coogler has written the script and will direct, with Jordan joining the project after ‘I Am Legend 2,’ where he co-stars with Will Smith.
As of now, the only confirmed cast member is Jordan, and filming has not yet begun. However, we can anticipate new additions to the cast during production. Plot details are being kept secret.
Produced by Coogler, Zinzi Coogler, and Sev Ohanian via Proximity Media, the film features composer Ludwig Göransson, along with executive producers Rebecca Cho and Will Greenfield. Göransson, known for his collaboration with Coogler and his Oscar-winning work on ‘Black Panther,’ also received an Oscar for his score on Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer.’
