WARNING: This post contains spoilers for Marvel’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Sadie Sink‘s character is confirmed to be Jean Grey, and she’s in big trouble and hiding from the Department of Damage Control (DODC) in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
According to scooper MyTimeToShineHello, the Department of Damage Control (DODC) kidnaps Sadie Sink’s Jean Grey and tortures her. However, Tom Holland‘s Spider-Man saves her in Brand New Day.

Tramell Tillman, who plays William Metzger (head of Damage Control), is chasing Jean, as she has been under DODC surveillance for a long time.
In the recently leaked Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer, Sink’s character reportedly warns Peter Parker directly in the footage:
“You’re a mess, Spider-Man. Don’t get in my way. Otherwise, it won’t just your friends who don’t remember who Peter Parker is.”
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton from a screenplay by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. The film stars Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, with Zendaya and Jacob Batalon reprising their roles as MJ Watson and Ned Leeds. Sadie Sink joins the cast alongside Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle (a.k.a. The Punisher) and Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/The Hulk. Liza Colón-Zayas and Tramell Tillman have also been cast in undisclosed roles, while Michael Mando returns as Mac Gargan from Spider-Man: Homecoming and Jones III has been confirmed to play the role of Tombstone. Additionally, Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova will appear in the movie.
