The Skrulls are creating Marvel Super Monsters by collecting DNA from Groot, Frost Beast, Cull Obsidian, and Extremis. In episode 2 of Marvel’s Secret Invasion, the footage reveals that Skrulls have stored the DNA of Groot, Frost Beast, and Cull Obsidian.
The trailer hints at samples, including the Cull Obsidian sample, originating from Damage Control, suggesting Skrull infiltration. Groot was initially at the Avengers Compound in New York and stayed on Earth for an undisclosed time before leaving New Asgard.

In episode 2 of Marvel’s Secret Invasion, Gravik collects samples referencing Extremis Soldiers from Iron Man 3, Frost Beast from Thor: The Dark World, Cull Obsidian, and Groot from Avengers: Infinity War.
According to the Disney+ logline, in Secret Invasion, set in the present-day MCU, Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill, and the Skrull Talos, who have made a life for himself on Earth. Together, they race against time to thwart an imminent Skrull invasion and save humanity.
