SpaceGodzilla is reportedly set to appear in the upcoming Godzilla X Kong: Supernova.
According to the Writers Guild of America, both Godzilla and SpaceGodzilla are credited in Zeus (Godzilla x Kong: Supernova).

The sequel is directed by Grant Sputore, with a screenplay by David Callaham and Michael Lloyd Green. It continues the story of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (2024) and stands as the sixth MonsterVerse film, the 40th Godzilla movie, and the 14th King Kong installment.
As reported, Godzilla x Kong: Supernova will feature several new human characters alongside the beloved and iconic Titans Godzilla and Kong as they face a cataclysmic, world-ending threat in SpaceGodzilla.
While many MonsterVerse kaiju come from Godzilla’s early years, SpaceGodzilla is a more recent addition to the franchise. He made his debut in Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla (1994) during the Heisei era and was one of several original monsters introduced then, along with Biollante, Destoroyah, and Batra.
SpaceGodzilla is formed when Godzilla’s cells travel into space, pass through a black hole, and emerge from a white hole, where they absorb crystalline organisms and rapidly evolve. The film never clearly explains how the cells reached space, but suggests two possibilities: Mothra carrying the cells into space at the end of Godzilla vs. Mothra, or Biollante’s spores drifting into space after Godzilla vs. Biollante. Since Biollante was part Godzilla, her cells may have led to SpaceGodzilla’s creation.
Despite appearing in only one film, SpaceGodzilla quickly became one of Godzilla’s most iconic enemies. His dark mirror design, featuring massive crystals on his back that absorb energy, made him popular in merchandise and video games such as Godzilla: Save the Earth and Godzilla: Unleashed. His power level makes him an ideal threat to unite Godzilla and Kong.
