The VOD and DVD release date for The Mandalorian and Grogu has been revealed.
The film will be available to buy or rent on digital HD platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Vudu, and Google Play Movies starting July 21, 2026. It will then be released on DVD, 4K Ultra HD, and Blu-ray on August 25, 2026.
The film has scored an 89% audience score and a 62% critics score on Rotten Tomatoes, along with an A- CinemaScore, a 7.1/10 rating on IMDb, an 89% Fandango score, and a 53% score on Metacritic.

The Mandalorian and Grogu 4K UHD release will be available in three configurations: SteelBook, the Beskar Collector’s Edition (U.S. exclusive) featuring special packaging and metal posters, and a standard edition. A separate Blu-ray release will also be available.
The physical and Digital releases will feature dynamic 2.39:1 and 1.78:1 aspect ratios, along with Dolby Atmos audio.

Synopsis: “The evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu.”
In the film, Pascal stars as Din Djarin / The Mandalorian, alongside Grogu, with Jeremy Allen White as Rotta the Hutt, Jonny Coyne as Janu Coin, Martin Scorsese as Hugo Durant, Sigourney Weaver as Ward, and Steve Blum reprising his role as Garazeb “Zeb” Orrelios.
The Mandalorian and Grogu is now playing in theaters.
