Marvel Animation‘s What If…? show has officially ended, with the final season’s last episode released on Disney+ on December 29, 2024.
The Season 3 finale episode, titled “What If… What If?“, features end credits that show glimpses of Scarlet Witch, Scarlet Witch as a duck, a Spider-Man variant, Storm as Black Panther, Sersi, Blade as Moon Knight, Maestro as Doctor Strange, Riri Williams as the Punisher, Jubilee as the Silver Surfer, a Thanos variant with Wolverine’s claws, and Ghost Rider.

The final episode of Season 3 shows the Watcher in trouble for helping Strange Supreme, Captain Carter, and saving Riri Williams. In response, Carter and her team step in to save the Watcher. Unfortunately, Carter dies in the process, and the Watcher invites Kahhori, Byrdie, and Storm to join him in watching over the multiverse.
